Artichoke burritos
Instructions
Place the flour on the work surface and sprinkle with salt; in the Central recess put an egg and 70 g of soft butter into small pieces.
Start to knead the ingredients, combining, if necessary, also a couple of tablespoons of warm water.
Then more energetically worked till you get a soda and elastic dough: make a ball and put it to rest, covered with a damp cloth for 20 minutes in the meantime check the artichokes and various privatel of tougher leaves and stems; as they are ready, place them in water acidulated with lemon juice (this will prevent blackening).
Bring to a boil salted water and lessatevi the artichokes, which rather scolerete al dente (after about 20 minutes) and leave to drain in a colander.
Very finely chop the ham and put it in a bowl with the grated Emmenthal cheese, chopped basil, an egg and a pinch of salt.
Thoroughly mix the mixture until it is smooth; then divide it in artichokes, in which you will have formed a hollow expanding leaves; Press well the mixture inside.
Roll out the pastry on floured pastry Board, in a thin pastry and cut into four squares (large enough to wrap an artichoke) and four strips.
With the squares of dough wrap a parcel ' artichokes and sealed strips the closures.
Now brush the parcels with the leftover egg (formerly Smoothie), place in a buttered baking dish and infornateli at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serve immediately.
