Braised with tomato beans
Instructions
Dice the tomatoes and season it with salt, capers, oregano.
Finely chop the onions and brown them in oil and hot peppers; Add the shelled Fava Beans, salt and stew gently for 40 minutes, adding a little water.
Add the tomato, chopped parsley, douse the flame and let it take flavor.
Serve on slices of toasted bread rubbed with garlic.
