Liver with tomato sauce
Instructions
After Brown in 1 pan with chopped onion with butter and ham cut into strips, salt and flour the liver slices and lay them in the Pan, over the sauce, rosolandole on both sides.
Add the tomato sauce and finish cooking over medium heat.
Merge to last the cream, mix the rest and remove from heat almost immediately.
