Sweet and sour slices
Instructions
In a large saucepan, saute the slices with olive oil and a little salt.
Just golden brown sprinkle of chopped parsley.
In another pan melt the butter, add the sugar and let it melt slowly, then diluted with vinegar.
Stir, pour the sauce over the meat, keep still on fire a few minutes and serve.

- 600 g of sliced veal breast
- 50 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Parsley
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- 1 lemon
- Salt
