Steamed cod fillets
Instructions
Bring to the boil in a pot, water, then put on a pot dish with cod fillets sprinkled with a little oil and with a little lemon juice and sprinkled with a handful of chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.
Cover the fillets with another dish and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges.

- 4 frozen cod fillets
- Little of olive oil
- Lemon
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
