Instructions

Peel and cut into 4 wedges, fennel wash and cook them for about 20 minutes.

Mix tuna, anchovy fillets, capers, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper until mixture is creamy.

Serve the fennel accompanied by this cream.
