Smoked trout fillets with lettuce
Instructions
Peel and cut into trout fillets, cleaned salad, rinse it and let it drain.
Prepare a sauce with remaining ingredients.
Artfully arrange the salad leaves on the plate, cover with the sauce and guarnitele with cocktail tomatoes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 smoked trout fillets
- 200 g of mixed green salad
- 15 cl of milk sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of cream
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped cress
- 1 teaspoon of chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon of grated horseradish
- Salt
- Pepper
- Some of cocktail tomatoes (optional)
