Cardamom flan
Instructions
Put the 4 whole eggs and the egg yolk in a bowl, combine granulated sugar and cardamom powder and beat with a whisk for a few minutes.
Pour in the boiling milk while stirring wire always.
Divide the cream in 4 Berry cocotte from oven and bake in a Bain-Marie in the oven at 150 degrees for 40 minutes.
Let cool, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

- 4 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder
- 50 cl of milk
- Icing sugar
