Flatbread with sausage
Instructions
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out separately in 2 rectangles of size of baking plate.
Line it with parchment paper, cover with 1 dough rectangle, sprinkle the fontina cheese into thin slices and crumbled sausage, place over the rectangle of dough and seal the edges well.
Distribute on the surface the garlic cut into strips and Rosemary needles.
Bake in the oven already warm to 230 degrees for about 20 minutes.

- 800 g of bread dough
- 400 g of sausage
- 250 g of fontina cheese
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
