Lentil and shrimp focaccia
Instructions
Knead the ingredients in order of recipe and pour the contents into a pan.
Sprinkle with a little Rosemary and bake in the oven at 170 degrees as a normal cake.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of lentil puree
- 100 g of potato starch
- 200 g of flour
- 4 eggs
- 100 g of olive oil
- 50 g of tomato
- 300 g of shrimp in brine
- 20 g of baking powder
- Chopped rosemary
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
