Anchovy muffins
Instructions
Put in Blender robiola with anchovies, the garlic juice squeezed with the special tool and 1 pinch of salt; whip until the cream will become homogeneous.
Grate the lemon rind, 1 spoon to put cream cheese and stir.
Cut the focaccia into 12 pieces, apply with cream cheese and garnish with mint leaves and 1 nut.

- 200 g of focaccia
- 150 g of fresh robiola cheese
- 3 anchovy fillets in hot sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 bunch of mint
- 12 hazelnuts
- 1 pinch of salt
