Instructions
Place the flour and add the other ingredients; mix the flour to form a paste not too worked.
Let it rest for 30 minutes in a cool place.
Apply a very thin pastry.
Scalloped trim wheel of lozenges; parceling out pieces of approx.
10-15 cm.
FRY in olive oil or lard.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 G = = 00 white flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of lard
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
