Omelette with zucchini flowers
Instructions
Clean the Zucchini Flowers, cut them into strips.
Heat in a small frying pan with two tablespoons of olive oil, round inside the flowers of Zucchini, add just a ladle of lukewarm water because they get to fry, and don't forget to add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Now: in a bowl, beat the eggs, a pinch of salt, a pepper and a handful of chopped parsley; Add the zucchini flowers just barely browned, stir, pour this mixture into pan with boiling oil, take the form of omelet and let Brown on one side and on the other.
