Meat omelette
Instructions
Chop the flesh and season both in a pan with a knob of butter and a pinch of salt.
You may also use leftover meat already cooked, in this case there is no need to season.
Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper and then add the meat, chopped parsley and, if the mixture is dry, loosen it up with a few tablespoons of milk.
In a pan heat a knob of butter and a tablespoon of olive oil, pour the mixture and Brown on both sides.
Serve hot or cold.
