Spaghetti frittata
Instructions
Cut spaghetti into pieces.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, chopped parsley, grated cheese, add the spaghetti.
Mix and pour the mixture in a pan where oil is already hot.
Let Brown on both sides.
Cut the pancake into wedges and serve.

- 1 dish of cold spaghetti type noodles with tomato sauce
