Instructions
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Mount the first with sugar to obtain a creamy mixture.
Dissolve the lumps in rum.
Stir in the cream and egg yolks, rum and orange juice.
Whip the egg whites and yolks together.
Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish and pass in a hot oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes.

- 4 eggs
- 5 lumps sugar
- 1 orange
- 1/2 cup of rum
- 100 g of granulated sugar
- Butter
