Instructions
Slice the onion and let it dry in 10 g of butter.
Beat the eggs, incorporate the salami, onion and chopped parsley.
Salt in moderation and pepper.
Melt the remaining butter in a pan and pour in the mixture.
When you turn it back around clotted and cook on the other side for a few minutes.
Serve the hot tortilla.

- 40 g of butter
