Instructions

Combine the eggs and sugar to the mixture foam with a whisk.

Combine salt, lemon zest, cinnamon, milk and flour.

Stir vigorously with the whip again, and then add the yeast.

Pour the mixture in spoonfuls into the hot oil.

Fry the fritters, remove excess grease and sprinkle with icing sugar.
