Lettuce pancakes
Instructions
Dissolve yeast in warm water, then mix it with sieved flour.
Add the eggs and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Add the lettuce leaves into strips, chopped basil, salt and pepper and mix well.
FRY spoon the mixture in plenty of hot oil, dry as the pancakes with absorbent paper and serve immediately very hot.
Of lettuce, use only the leaves more tender or private hard core ones.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of flour
- 100 g of lettuce salad leaves
- 2 eggs
- 15 g of brewer's yeast
- Some leaves of basil
- Abundant of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
