Potato pancakes (2)
Instructions
Peel the potatoes, wash them, dry them, cut and place them in a bowl.
Add the cheese and mix well.
Add the flour and the eggs, add salt, pepper and mix until dough is smooth.
Heat oil for frying at 170 degrees.
Pour the mixture in spoonfuls and simmer for 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
When well browned, drain, dry and serve immediately.

- 500 g of potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 eggs
- Frying oil
