Grapefruit pancakes
Instructions
Slice the grapefruit, removing the skin.
Mix the flour with the yeast, a pinch of salt and sugar.
Stir in the egg, 20 g of melted butter, dilute with milk, beat well with a whisk.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Dip the grapefruit slices and FRY in hot oil.
Place them on paper towels and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve hot.

- 2 pink grapefruits
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 glass of milk
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Icing sugar
- Salt
