Grapefruit marmalade
Instructions
Most of the vitamin C is contained in the pulp and rind of citrus fruits.
This jam, containing in large quantities, is therefore particularly suitable for feeding of the people who need it.
After preparing the fruits well cleaned, cut them into quarters, liberateli from the seeds and put them in the blender.
Calculated for ogni2 large grapefruit (about 1000 g), 2000 g sugar and 150 cl of water.
Put everything on fire and cook until Jam will not be cooked.
To determine the doneness take heed as for grapefruit jelly (see recipe).
