Chestnut frittini
Instructions
Put the flour into a large bowl and pour drop by drop so much water as it takes to make a batter quite soft.
Together with a pinch of baking soda and pine nuts.
Take warm olive oil in a pan and spoon mixture friggetevi.
Sprinkle the pancakes with powdered sugar and serve.

- 1 pinch of bicarbonate
- 100 g of pine nuts
- Abundant of olive oil
