Grilled mushrooms
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms by removing the stem and earthy regularly with a damp cloth.
Separate the caps from the stems and split them in half lengthwise.
Brush caps and stems with an emulsion of olive oil, salt, pepper and let them cook for a few minutes on both sides.
Remove from the grill and, after being placed on a serving dish held in hot, irrorarli with a sauce of garlic and finely chopped parsley and emulsified with oil.
To season a few minutes and serve.
