Instructions
Disconnect the chapels from the stalks and clean both.
Wash them, dry them.
In a bowl pour half a glass of olive oil, insaporitelo with salt and pepper, lay the chapels so that insaporiscano well.
Mince the parsley with the garlic, add the crumbled bread crumbs, mix with a splash of oil.
Remove the chapels from marinade, place on a grid and passed in hot oven to dry.
Grease a baking dish, put the stems cut into small pieces and above the chapels with the concave side up, sprinkle with the crumb mixture, sprinkled with a little of the marinade.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
