Instructions
Clean the mushrooms in the usual manner.
Cut chapels and stems lengthwise into thick slices 1/2 cm.
Pass them one by one in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs; Brown in hot oil and then season with salt and serve well-heated.

- 700 g of fresh porcini mushrooms with the pulp well soda
