Stuffed Mushrooms (Funghi Ripieni)
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and remove the heads from the stalks and chop them.
In a pan heat two tablespoons of oil, let them cook the garlic, chopped stalks insaporitevi, salt and pepper.
Withdrawn from heat, remove the garlic, stir the rest with the bread softened in milk and wrung out, egg, 2 tablespoons of grated cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Mix the mixture, filled with mushroom heads, flavour with a little olive oil, place in a pan just brush with oil.
Cook covered and medium flame for 15-20 minutes.

- 8 large mushrooms
- 3 slices of bread
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- Milk
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
