Mushrooms in olive oil (2)
Instructions
Choose mushrooms perfectly healthy and intact, remove and wash them quickly under running water; dry and cut larger ones into pieces, leaving whole small mushrooms.
Bring to a boil the vinegar with 2 cups of water, flavourings and a handful of salt and scottatevi mushrooms for 4 minutes.
Drain and dry out letting it sit for at least a day, and then put them in vases seasoning with the spices.
Cover with oil and close, then Sterilise for 20 minutes.

- 1000 g of mushrooms
- Herbs (thyme, bay leaf, cloves)
- 100 cl of white wine vinegar
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
