Instructions

Boil for about 1/2 hour peeled mushrooms, washed and sliced, white wine vinegar diluted with water and slightly salty; drain them and let them dry for half a day on a tarp; toss with olive oil, parsley and chopped garlic and store them in glass jars, cover with oil.
