Fusilli with pepper sauce
Instructions
Sauté onion in oil.
After 5-10 minutes add the peppers cleaned and cut into thin strips.
Let simmer for 15 minutes, lively then, add tomatoes and chopped anchovies.
Cook for another 15 minutes then add a good pinch of salt the basil leaves.
Remove from heat, stir quickly and pour the sauce into a bowl, add the fusilli cooked separately and mix; seasoning, if desired, with crude oil.

- 400 g of short type fusilli bucati pasta
- 1 red pepper great
- 1 great green pepper
- 1 great yellow pepper
- 500 g of tomato sauce (or peeled)
