Fusilli with Olives (Fusilli Alle Olive Nere)
Instructions
In a large frying pan, heat olive oil and sauté for a few minutes the pitted black olives, sliced.
Meanwhile, blanched in salted water the fusilli al dente, drain and pour into the pan.
Add the soft cheese into small pieces and stir vigorously.
Serve immediately hot.

- 400 g of type pasta fusilli
- 250 g of soft cheese philadelphia
- 2 tablespoons of pitted black olives
- Olive oil
- Salt
