Cold fusilli with tuna sauce
Instructions
Prepare a sauce by passing in the tuna, mixing a spoonful of capers well rinsed salt, anchovies, wash and fillet, the juice of one lemon, filtered, a handful of Basil and half a glass of olive oil.
Add then a dozen green olives pitted and coarsely chopped.
Boil the fusilli pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, toss with the sauce and bring to the table.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type pasta fusilli
- 200 g of drained tuna in olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of salted capers
- 4 salted anchovies
- 1 lemon
- 1 handful of basil
- 12 green olives
- 1/2 cup of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
