Instructions
Do the cock along with the potatoes; prepare a mixture with the most aromatic fennel (stalks usually throw), sauté the cockerel and the potatoes; aside from preparing a sauce with the tomatoes, a bit of anchovy paste and olives; use to pull cooked chicken with potatoes.
