Shrimp flambé
Instructions
Hot Skillet with oil and Brown the onion, add the shrimp, mix to the bottom, Cook and season with salt, pepper, tabasco, Worcestershire and flambé with cognac, add curry powder and cream.
Mix everything together and serve on a warm platter, alongside rice pilaf.

- 300 g of shrimps
- 50 G = = chopped onion
- 50 g of parsley
- 250 g of rice pilaf
- Worcestershire sauce
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Curry
- Cognac
- Cooking cream
- Tabasco
