Instructions

Mix the flour with lots of beer as they just have to get a batter with semi-fluid; Let stand 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean and wash the prawns.

Then dip them in the batter and FRY in hot oil.

Drain on absorbent paper and serve with soy sauce.
