Sweet and sour pumpkin
Instructions
Cut into cubes of 2-3 cm.
2000 side g yellow pumpkin pulp well matures.
Place the pumpkin cubes in airtight jars.
Boil 1 l in white wine vinegar with 25 cl of water, 625 g sugar, 8 cloves and 5 cm cinnamon stick.
After 10 minutes of boiling light filter the liquid and allow it to cool.
Pour it on the pumpkin, close jars and sterilize them for 35 minutes in boiling water.
Served with meat, sausage or as a dessert.

- 2000 g of well-ripened yellow squash
- 100 cl of white wine vinegar
- 25 cl of water
- 625 g of sugar
- 8 cloves
- 5 cm of cinnamon stick
