Strawberry jelly with popcorn
Instructions
Place the strawberry juice in a saucepan with the sugar and let it warm up to moderate heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to boil.
Lower the heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from heat, add the isinglass softened and pass the mixture through a sieve, collecting it in a bowl.
Prepare popcorn as indicated in the recipe ' sugary ' popcorn, finely chop and blend the gelatin.
Distributed in four individual cups and place these in the fridge for half a day.
When serving, Garnish each portion with a strawberry split into two.

- 25 cl of strawberry juice
- 250 g of sugar
- 50 g of corn kernels
- 4 strawberries
- Corn oil
