Roast pork with water
Instructions
Mince garlic Rosemary.
With a sharp knife make deep cuts in the piece of meat and place the chopped; then tie the pork loin with kitchen string and place it in a saucepan.
Cover with water and let it cook on medium heat and cover for an hour and a half, until the water is fully absorbed.
Add salt and pepper.
Serve hot roast and guarnitelo with steamed vegetables.

- 3 cloves of garlic
- Few sprigs of fresh rosemary
