Bean sprouts sauteed with meat
Instructions
Cut the pork into small pieces, put it in a small bowl and add the sherry, two teaspoons of soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch.
Wash the bean sprouts in cold running water, removing dried or black ones, and drain well.
Heat a wok or a large frying pan, add two tablespoons oil and ginger; When it is browned, remove from heat with a tablespoon with cracks, pour the pork and FRY for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
Once fried, remove it with the same spoon with slits used previously.
Heat the Pan again and add the remaining oil; When it is hot add the shrimp paste and cook over high heat for about 10 seconds, then add the bean sprouts and two teaspoons of soy sauce, skipping everything for 4 minutes.
Place the meat in the Pan and mischiatela well with the sauce and continue to fry for another minute.
Mix vigorously several times, transferred onto a serving platter and serve.

- 450 g of clear pork made into pieces
