Sheaves of puff pastry
Instructions
On a countertop previously sprinkled with flour, roll out the puff pastry using a rolling pin.
Spread the cheese leaving free margins, and arrange the slices of cooked ham.
Then rolled the stuffed puff pastry as if it were a roll and cut it into slices about 2 cm thick.
Put them in a pan greased with butter and cook in hot oven for about 10-12 minutes.
Serve immediately hot and crunchy.

- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- 100 g of ham cut into slices
- 150 g of cream cheese
- Butter
