Apricot glaze
Instructions
Place in a small saucepan the apricot jam, a tablespoon of lemon juice and two tablespoons of water, bring to the boil and simmer gently heat for 5 minutes, stirring.
Pass the mixture through a sieve, reach into or back into small saucepan and cook for 5 minutes.

- 200 g of apricot jam
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of water
