Integral to mussels dumplings and broccoli
Instructions
Knead the flour with the egg yolk, mix well until it is smooth and compact and do small dumplings.
Brown garlic in oil and blow up the mussels with the lid covering them because open; half-cooked add the Chervil and finished baking, remove from heat.
Whisk the leek, cut broccoli in the quatrains and Parboil, sauté in a pan with the leeks until they are almost cooked.
Cook the gnocchi in the water, drain.
Stir fried mussels, broccoli and gnocchi, add the salt needed and serve.

- 400 g of wholemeal flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 400 g of calabrian clean broccoli
- 400 g of mussels
- 100 g of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 leek
- 1 clove of garlic
- 20 g of chopped chervil
