Banana dumplings
Instructions
Delete the most superficial part of the Peel without removing it completely and cut the stem.
Dip bananas in boiling water and let them cook for about half an hour.
Cool bananas and peel them.
Make a purée with the help of an electric mixer or by hand, leaving the dough a bit watery.
To 1000 g of bananas (including Peel) mix about 500 g of flour.
Work until you get a soft and homogeneous dough.
Form small pastry breadsticks; cut gnocchi of about an inch and a half in diameter length with the reverse of the blade of a knife.
Place them on a lightly floured board being careful not to attack.
Throw them in boiling water and let them cook for about ten minutes.
Drain and season with a good tomato sauce and cheese or butter and Sage.
