Instructions

Put to soak in an airtight jar 100 cl grappa, a handful of fresh kernels MEDLARS and 30 g of sugar for a fortnight, stirring once a day.

After this period the liqueur is ready to be filtered and bottled.

Enjoy this pleasant aroma liquor after meals in half-dose shot.
