Instructions

Put the peach cut into four wedges to macerate with 25 cl of grappa for twenty days in a tightly closed jar.

Spent the time filter and add the rest of the brandy in which you have dissolved the 40 g of sugar in a Bain-Marie.

Let stand one day and bottled.

The liqueur is ready to be consumed after a month.
