Instructions
Buy the coffee ice cream or prepare it.
Put on the plate by rolling a sheet of parchment paper, embroidered (sold in specialized stationery) and store in the refrigerator to be cold when it comes to ' build ' the White Mountain.
Beat the Vanilla scented fresh cream, add sugar and, depending on your taste, an egg white beaten to snow to give the compound increased softness.
Put the cream into a mold and keep in the refrigerator for about an hour.
To ' build ' the White Mountain, settle to the bottom of the pot half meringues.
Lay on them the coffee ice cream.
Arrange ice cream the other half meringues.
Lay the cream using the syringe.
Have here and there coffee beans confetto (sugared almonds in the shape of a coffee bean, usually flavoured with coffee, chocolate also exist).
Serve immediately.

- 250 g of white small meringues
- 250 g of fresh cream
- 50 cl of coffee ice cream
- 50 g of icing sugar
- Vanilla
- 1 egg white (optional)
- To decorate:
- Some grains of coffee candy
