Instructions
Cut fruit into thin slices, peeled, when necessary, and leave it in the merger with vanilla sugar and the lemon juice.
You can serve in cups or in a Crystal Bowl, garnished with a few flakes of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 1 apple
- 1 pera
- 2 bananas
- Some of dates
- Seasonal fruits
- 100 g of vanilla sugar
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
