This delicate drink falls within the ' pousse café.
Do freeze well the cream and Benedictine.
Pour into a tall glass and tight before the liquor and cream, then slowly slide on the back of a teaspoon.
To prevent the two ingredients mixing we recommend to mount the cream slightly before you pour it.
