Coffee liqueur (12)
Instructions
Boil 30 cl of water with 400 g sugar.
Put in an airtight container with ground coffee and leave to infuse for 6 hours.
After this time add the alcohol and put to rest for 10 days.
On the eleventh day they prepare a syrup with the remaining 3 dl of water and 300 g sugar (do you dissolve sugar in hot water).
Join this new syrup that already in airtight jar.
Let it sit for another 10 days.
Past this second period filter well to remove funds from the coffee and liqueur is ready.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of freshly ground coffee
- 70 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees
- 60 cl of water
- 700 g of sugar
