Tarragon liqueur
Instructions
Let macerate tarragon in a jar with alcohol and filtered after 24 hours.
Put in pot one sprig of tarragon, as decoration, and add sugar.
Stir well and close.
Let it sit for about ten days, stirring or shaking occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
When the sugar has melted completely liqueur is ready.
Imbottigliatelo and eat it right away.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of alcohol at 40 degrees
- 35 g of fresh tarragon
- 500 g of granulated sugar
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 30 g of vanilla icing sugar
